  • 100 g organic bee honey (beekeeper honey)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric (15 g)


Per  100 grams of honey are mixed with a tablespoon of turmeric powder  until a homogeneous mixture is formed. These can then be stored in a screw-top glass at room temperature.

Recommended intake

To treat the symptoms of flu and colds, it is recommended  to take half a teaspoon of the mixture every hour during the first day and then reduce the dose to half a teaspoon every two hours. If the mixture is too sweet, the remedy can also be diluted with a  glass of water  .


  • This remedy should not be taken in case of bile inflammation, as  turmeric can cause contractions of the gallbladder.
  • For respiratory diseases it is recommended to  take 3 tablespoons daily for a whole week .
