How to Lower Your Blood Sugar in Two Weeks

To lower your blood sugar makes sense for anyone that is pre-diabetic or already has type 2 diabetes. It probably took years of eating the wrong foods to get in your present state of health. But all is not lost, you can start today and reverse the imaging results of high glucose in your bloodstream.

Yes, you can lower glucose in two weeks with a simple diet. It is a very low carb diet, so you would only follow it for a short time and slowly start adding more carbs after 2 weeks. Your goal is to get your blood sugar below 100. It is not impossible, I got mine down from over 150 and that count was before I ate anything.

Follow this diet closely for 2 weeks.

Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with 1 oz. of fat free cheese and 2 pieces of bacon.
Coffee or Tea

Lunch: Salad made with 2 cups of salad greens, 2 tomato slices, 3 cucumber slices, 4 oz. sliced
chicken breast, 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 1/2 Tsp red wine vinegar and spiced to taste.

Dinner: Four ounces of salmon or chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli cooked in 1/4 cup chicken broth,
1/4 cup chopped peppers, and 1 oz. crumbled feta cheese.

Drink plenty of water between meals to rid of the toxins. do not cheat, if you get too hungry, you can eat a piece of chicken or a tablespoon of peanut butter. It is only for 2 weeks and then you can start adding a whole grain carb to each meal. Keep track of your blood sugar and see what effect it has. Do not let it get high again because it will just cause damage to your body.
